Gabriel had open heart surgery at 5 days old because he was born with a congenital heart defect called Transposition of the Great Arteries with a hole in his heart. He had a great medical team work on him and he his home growing and growing.

Smiling
Gabriel started smiling about a week ago (6weeks old) and I was finally able to get a picture of it. I have also posted a picture of him with his brothers and sister. Enjoy.
