It's here Gabriel is one year old. It is unbelievable to see how far he has come. It's hard to wrap my head around it sometimes. I can't wait to see what God has in store for him. It will be amazing and I look forward to the ride.

He is so precious! It's good to find another blogger posting about their TGA kid! My Jacob is 19 months old now and doing very good! I'd love to add Gabriel to my Heart Blogs list!
